Warranty Registration Details

Warranty registration should be completed within 10 days of purchase via one of the following means:
- The Warranty Card included with the product
- This should be completed in full and returned via normal mail to the address of Utopian Computer Systems Ltd, or;
Online Warranty Registration available HERE at http://topconpro.com.hk/en-warranty.
- Failure to do so will cause the warranty to be voided.
Customer must produce the completed warranty card or warranty registration confirmation email together with the official original purchase invoice to our repair center / technician within the warranty period. If the customer fails to do so, Utopian Computer Systems Ltd (UC) reserves the right to refuse providing the warranty service.
UC's limited warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and the warranty for the product is deemed void if:
a) The content of the Warranty Card has been changed unless certified by UC or its Authorized Dealer.
b) The serial number has been altered or removed.
c) The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, fault, voltage supply, improper testing, incorrect operation and natural disaster.
d) The product had any liquid drip traces in and outside the machine.
e) The product has been unauthorized alternating, modification or maintenance by persons other than authorized by UC.
f) The product is not installed in accordance with the instructions furnish by manufacturer.
This warranty does not cover the damage done to other equipment used in conjunction with this unit.
Any defective parts that have been replaced shall become the company's property.
All defect peripheral devices should be returned together with the whole unit.
Any costs of transport or delivery of warranted product to or from UC are on account of customer.
The company will not be liable for any loss directly or indirectly caused from breakdown of the equipment.
UC reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts. UC's responsibility limited to repair, replacement, any of which may be selected by UC at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated herein, the cost of labour is not covered by any UC warranty.
UC makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to software included in any products sold by UC, and all software is sold “as is” and “with all faults”.
The warranty is valid in Hong Kong only. Any guarantee certificate other than this will not be recognized by the company.
This warranty card will not be reissued.

Customer information provided herewith may be used by UC (or its contractors or agents) for the purpose of provision of product repair related services and for conducting customer satisfaction survey as deemed necessary by UC.
Under no circumstances shall UC be liable for any consequential damage caused by the use of a defective product.
